epozivnice.me provides digital invitations and QR-based photo albums for events — weddings, birthdays, baptisms and corporate celebrations.
Cash-only billing or bank transfer. Invoices issued per Montenegrin paušal regulations. Final prices are listed on the pricing page.
The event organiser warrants that any content (names, images, text) does not infringe third-party copyright or privacy. Guests are responsible for photos they upload. We reserve the right to remove content that violates the law or these terms.
We aim for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Daily backups via Hetzner snapshots.
Event content is auto-deleted after the retention period (90 or 160 days after the event date, depending on package). Users can request earlier deactivation via info@epozivnice.me.
We are not liable for consequential damages (e.g. late RSVP confirmation, photos lost due to guest password misuse). Total liability is capped at the paid package price.
Governed by Montenegrin law. Disputes resolved by the competent court in Montenegro.
